Midsummer, the Summer Solstice,
has much lore associated with it. For some Pagans it is the occasion of the Divine Marriage between the God and the Goddess.
For other Pagans, it is both the occassion of the Divine Marriage and the Divine Union
as the Lady comes down from the moon to bathe in her pool, meeting the Horned Hunter.
It is also said that on this night the Fair Folk travel from one abode to another
in their Wilde Raid.
